Returns

Returns are accepted up to 15 days after delivery.  All items/products must be in new unused condition in their original packaging with no signs of usage.   A 20% restocking fee will be applied on all returned items. Customer is responsible for return postage.  A RMA must be obtained prior to returning the items.  All white glove deliveries are final sale.  In case a white glove delivered item is returned customer will be charged for the white glove delivery service . Some exceptions apply.  All returns will be consider on a one to one basis.
